Refund & Return Policy
We want you to love your VYSER eyewear. If something isn't right, this policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work. By purchasing from VYSER, you agree to the terms below.
1. Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days of the delivery date. Requests made after this window may not be accepted.
2. Free Returns
We offer free returns on eligible items. Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return label at no cost to you. Please do not send items back before receiving return instructions from us — unauthorized returns may not be processed or refunded.
3. Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused, unworn, and undamaged, in the same condition you received them;
- In their original packaging, including any case, cloth, protective film, tags, and accessories;
- Free of scratches, makeup, or signs of wear.
Because eyewear is worn on the face, we inspect all returns for hygiene and condition. We reserve the right to refuse a return or apply a partial refund if an item is returned used, damaged, incomplete, or not in resalable condition.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or refund unless faulty:
- Items marked "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable";
- Gift cards;
- Items returned without authorization or outside the 14-day window;
- Items damaged through misuse, accident, or normal wear after delivery.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at support@vyser-eyewear.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Once verified, we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including any original shipping cost. This does not affect any non-waivable rights you may have under the consumer laws of your country.
6. How to Start a Return
- Email support@vyser-eyewear.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Wait for our confirmation and return instructions.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it using the provided instructions or label.
We recommend keeping your return tracking number until your refund is processed.
7. Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different model or color is to return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order. If you'd prefer a direct exchange, contact us and we'll help where stock allows.
8. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 3 business days for us to process the refund after inspection, and additional time for your bank or card issuer to post it to your account (timing varies by provider).
9. Customs, Duties & Import Charges
Any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees you paid to receive your order are charged by your local authorities and are non-refundable by us. Original international shipping charges are non-refundable except where an item is faulty, incorrect, or damaged on arrival.
10. Orders Refused or Undeliverable
If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failure to pay local charges, we may deduct outbound and return shipping costs from any refund. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout.
11. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received an approved refund within the expected timeframe, first check with your bank or card provider, as processing times vary. If you still need help, contact us at support@vyser-eyewear.com.
12. Chargebacks
If you have a problem with an order, please contact us first — we're happy to help resolve it. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks that do not comply with this policy.
